Process:

         Here at Creative Stone, we strive for excellence. We have a well-equipped and experienced team to help you at any point of your countertop journey. 

         We start this process by our Clients, Designers and Contractors setting up an appointment with one of our Sales Representatives in the showroom. We then request rough dimensions, looking at stone inspiration and finding out what stone is right for your project. They will walk with you through our slab gallery to educate and inform the client regarding all the different stone options and which one could be right for your project. Clients also have the option of looking at material housed with one of our many slab distributors.

         We then use all of this information to create a detailed quote based on the rough dimensions provided and material selected. Once final material is selected, the quote is approved and a deposit is provided, a template is scheduled.

         At the template, we will take exact measurements of your project that will be used to complete the fabrication. A revised quote is sent before fabrication to receive approval on incase there are any changes time of template. This can be caused by an increase of square footage form original quote, different edge selection, confirmation of material selection, new cut outs or any other detail that would effect the pricing.

        If desired, a template layout can be sent where you can see the approximate design of your stone on the various pieces of your project. Once approved, fabrication begins and an installation date is set. If your project contains full backsplash pieces, we will template for these after the countertop installation. The full backsplash will then be fabricated and installed approximately 2 weeks later.
